We’re hiring experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives in London, ON for seasonal jobs in our client an inbound call centre. These roles offer full-time hours and the possibility of contract extension. Successful candidates will work full-time (40) hours, with shifts available from Monday to Sunday (8am-6pm) to fit your flexible schedule. This role will allow you to apply and grow your customer service skills in a lively team environment as you respond to inquiries, process customer orders and payments and upsell products. Candidates looking for part time hours will be considered but must be able to complete 2 weeks' of full time training.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage inbound customer calls and provide information on product availability, price, etc.
- Engage customers in conversation while providing superior service
- Process orders and returns
- Investigate customer concerns and follow-up questions
- Upsell and cross-sell products as appropriate
- Knowledgeably explain features and benefits of available products
- 1-2 years of customer service/call centre experience is required
- Outstanding active listening and communication skills
- Professional and friendly phone demeanour
- Able to solve problems that vary in complexity, on a case-by-case basis
- Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software
- Bilingualism (English/French or English/Spanish) is an asset
- Selected candidates will be required to submit to a criminal background check
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
- Minimum grade 12 or equivalent is required
