Our General Contractor Client in Waterloo has partnered with Randstad Engineering in their search for a Site Superintendent.

In this role, responsibilities would include:
- Attend project start up meetings, review notes with Project Management team
- Attend preconstruction meetings with Project Managers, clients, etc.
- Attend subcontractor meetings/coordination meetings
- Attend all safety meetings
- General correspondence with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.
- Monitor employee productivity
- Generate RFI’s for the project
- Review suppliers' contracts or PO for compliance
- Material procurement and material management
- Shop drawing review
- Ensure MOL Registration of Employer forms from subcontractors and suppliers that will be working on site
- Ensure WSIB Clearance Certificates (less than 60 days old) are submitted from all suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure site personnel are performing safety orientations, safety talks, site inspections and safety meetings as required
- Ensure site personnel have the necessary training to perform the work required
- Working foreman for all mechanical construction
- Ensure QA program is enforced. Maintain TSSA documents

As a qualified candidate, you meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a site superintendent role for industrial construction projects
