Do you have previous customer service experience and have excellent communication skills? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are currently recruiting Junior Technical Support Representatives for a 1 year contract with a top 5 bank in London.
Pay rate: $17.50
Hours: Department is open 24/7/365, must be open to working 3:00 pm - 12:00 am shifts and 12:00 am - 8:00 am
Training: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm for 6 weeks
As a Junior Technical Support Representative, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Helping new hires with technical equipment
- Sending access codes
- Answering questions
- Providing professional customer service
