Responsibilities may include:
 

• Taking calls from customers, answering product questions, providing information on product availability and price
• Processing orders
• Up selling, product promotion

 
Requirements:
 

• Call center / customer service experience
• Outstanding listening and communication skills
• Must have a clear criminal background

 
Additional Details
 

• Opportunity for advancement – Customer Service positions pay $12.00 per hour
• Employees with above average performance and exceptional attendance records may be given the opportunity for Full time Permanent employment!
• Hours of work will fall between 10am and 9pm; must be available to work any day of the week
• Start dates: Dec 01, Dec 05 or Dec 08
