Administrative Assistant - Construction Industry
 
Our client in London, Ontario is currently seeking a full time Administrative Assistant with Construction Industry Experience on a contract basis. This position does have potential to become permanent for the right individual.
Duties (may include and not limited to)
  • Answering multi-phone line system
  • Provide company information to the public as requested
  • Deal with all inquiries from the public and attend to in a professional manner
  • Preparation of various correspondence
  • Scheduling and coordinating projects with third parties
  • Data entry and submission of report information
  • General filing and office administrative duties
  • Comfortable working independently and able to make decisions with little or no supervision
Requirements                              
  • Minimum of a 2 year College diploma in business, office administration preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in Administration or Customer service within a construction company
  • Knowledge of sewers and water mains considered an asset
  • Must have advanced computer skills in MS Office, Excel in particular
  • Professional, calm demeanor with excellent customer service skills
Hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Compensation $14 hour
Must be able to start ASAP
