POSITION DESCRIPTION: PARK SUPERVISOR
Purpose of the role
- To prepare the park for all events/bookings that will take place there
- To ensure all users of the park are authorized/permitted
- To oversee all events – provide information & services, as needed, to ensure a great experience for all guests
- To recruit and manage staff for the park
- To complete all necessary reporting related to park operations
Accountabilities & Metrics
- Open and close the park each season
- Ensure the park is ready for all renters prior to each booking – all facilities are safe, clean, and ready for use
- Inspect grounds daily and make all necessary repairs or upgrades ae completed promptly
- Oversee all events in the park – ensure all users are authorized, provide information and any help required by guests during their rental
- Manage a team of Park Attendants, prepare weekly staff schedules, ensure top performance
- Complete all necessary reporting related to park operations (Event, Incident, Monthly & Seasonal)
Working Hours
This is expected to be a full-time role (40 hours per week), with the weekly schedule of hours determined by bookings in the park. This role requires regular hours during the evening and on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) to oversee events in the park. The Park Attendant will work primarily on-site at the park, however, hours may be worked occasionally in the Management Company offices.

- Capably and confidently operate a motorized four-wheeler (all-terrain vehicle, ATV)
- Other qualifications:
- Preferably an upper-year or graduating student in Business, Sports Management, Sports Marketing, or Recreation & Leisure
- Certified in First Aid/CPR training preferred
- A valid driver’s license and personal transportation
Compensation
This position pays an hourly wage commensurate with experience. Mileage and other business expenses will be reimbursed.
