Position Summary
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you would be part of the administrative team. You will be answering any incoming calls and support emails. Candidate would be trained to provide support for our online testing platforms, and testing products.
Successful candidate will:
  • Represent RPP/SIGMA and its products and services to clients in a positive, accurate, and professional manner through phone and email support/communications
  • Provide help desk support and responsibilities
  • Learn our various online platforms (ie., SigmaTesting.com) and other systems in order to support calls
  • Fulfil orders from clients
  • Print and scan documents as required
  • Assist with updating of reports
Qualifications
  • University/College diploma. A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology considered an asset.
  • 2 years-experience in an administrative role
Competencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outstanding approach to customer service
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft suite, specifically Word and Excel
  • Organization skills with strong emphasis on attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic with passion to learn
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Hours: 8:30-4:30 or 9-5 depending on preference

Compensation: $18-20/hour depending on experience
