Job Description
Our client in Tillsonburg is looking to hire a full-time Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team. This position will help in the fulfilment of divisional and corporate goals, ensure accurate processing of accounts payable, and ensure invoicing is precise and completed in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities
The Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Administrator will complete a variety of tasks. General responsibilities are as follows:
- Responsible for all invoicing, AR and AP, ensuring accuracy and adhering to accounting standards
- Ensure the confidentiality of financial records as they relate to the organization and its business partners
- Responsible for the preparation of AP cheques and electronic payments
- Responsible for balancing vendor statements
- Prepare and distribute invoices as per required schedules
- Other tasks as assigned
Experience Required
- Grade 12 required
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in AR/AP
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Must have valid driver's licence as this position is not on a bus route
- Must successfully complete an aptitude test
- Must possess intermediate to advanced computer skills
Salary
$19-21.50/hour, based on experience
