Our client is currently hiring for Bilingual (French/Enlgish) Client Service Representatives at a local insurance/benefit leader in London, Ontario. This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) contract opportunity for 6 months, with the potential to transfer to permanent part-time (18.75 hours per week) at the end of the contract.



Responsibilities:

• Providing prompt, courteous and professional service to policy holders, advisors and administrative staff.
• Responding to inbound telephone inquiries, providing accurate information on products and services.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in a customer service-focused role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• MUST be fluent in French/English
• Ability to work weekday and evening shifts (Mon-Fri, 7am-8pm)
• Must be able to work in a team oriented work environment
• Able to pass a criminal record check

 
What Kelly Services will do for you:
 

• Pay rate of $16.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay
