Our client, a Leading Financial Institution in London, Ontario is currently seeking an Inbound Visa Customer Service/Sales Representative on an evaluation hire basis. The ideal candidate would have strong sales and customer service skills and excel in a goal-driven environment.

Job Description:

• Provide excellent customer service to cardholder clientele
• Provide timely and accurate guidance and service to cardholders for a variety of Visa product lines, plans and programs
• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations
• Contribute to effective cost and risk control through productivity and adherence to corporate processes and controls
• Achieve departmental sales targets through recommendation of appropriate products and services which meet ever-changing customer needs
• Recognize and successfully leverage opportunities to further expand clients’ business through cross-selling/value-add opportunities

Successful applicants require the ability to:

• Conduct advice discussions and meet set sales targets
• Work in a statistically driven environment, measured by call qualify and call productivity goals
• Quickly adapt to change
• Multi-task and demonstrate effective problem solving attributes
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Work non-fixed shifts Monday to Sunday between 7:00am – Midnight, including statutory holidays
• Pass a criminal background and credit check
