Executive Assistant - NEW Position – Apply Today!

Reporting to the President & CEO, the Executive Assistant acts as the point person for internal and external clients handling sensitive and confidential information. Your overall responsibility is to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the office of the CEO, with responsibility for executive schedules, producing first rate documentation and anticipating the President & CEO's professional needs; planning corporate events, working closely with the senior leadership team (as required), and interfacing with clients, vendors, and professional affiliates.

Extremely professional, the Executive Assistant is a high achieving, self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills including the ability to disseminate complex information in a positive, meaningful manner in order to maintain effective working relationships. You have considerable judgment and independence to coordinate multiple administrative services and tasks seamlessly while maintaining the proper level of privacy, discretion, tact and confidentiality at all times.

 Qualifications

  • Graduate of a community college program in Office Administration or equivalent experience at an executive support level.
  • Must have advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Ability to think and work proactively, anticipating needs.
  • Engaging personality that drives to be the best at all they do.
  • Willingness to embrace a variety of tasks with enthusiasm.
  • Strong time management with the ability to be self-organized and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Proven abilities in preparing, designing and distributing internal/external correspondence, including: reports, presentations, proposals, letters, minutes of meetings, etc.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in all that you do.
  • A demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients and business partners will be what separates you from the other candidates.
