Title
Customer Service and Sale Representative

Summary
Customer Service Representative is responsible for booking Dove Dental Centres patients and reactivating patients through the achievement of opportunity based quotas. He or she will provide high level customer service to patients and potential patients, reaching business targets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. This individual will also develop his or her revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls and the establishment of ongoing rapport with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and passion are key components of this position. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Job Duties
  • Outbound calls to current patients and inactive patients to get treatment booked.
  • Must be able to identify treatment required within patient’s insurance limits.
  • Identify family members who are due for treatment
  • Collaborate with Human Capital Director to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to the Human Capital Director where appropriate.
  • Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
  • Make outbound follow-up care calls.
  • Make outbound collection calls
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into patients.
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in dental database.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
  • Respond to customer service calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity.
  • Experience within a dental environment an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects while maintaining established quotas.
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with patients.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
  • Ability to occasionally travel to other clinics
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Experience with dental software
Working Conditions
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
