Our customer, a leading food manufacturer, is hiring Afternoon Line Leaders in Woodstock ON. These are permanent full-time positions. If you love working in a team environment and have previous experience in a leadership or supervsiroy role, apply today!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the overall safe and efficient operation of the line
• Lead, coach, direct, train and provide feedback to the line staff to improve operation of the production area
• Operate machinery; monitor the line and finished products
• Completing HACCP-related and organizational documents
• Ensuring efficient and timely start ups

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of production operations specific to production and packaging lines is required; experience in a GMP facility is preferred
• MUST have prior experience leading, coaching, training in a Team Lead or similar role.
• Experience with walkie/stacker is preferred
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Mechanical ability
• Computer skills
• Demonstrated desire for continuous improvement
• Must be available for straight afternoons (3pm-11pm)

PERKS INCLUDE:

• Pay rate starts at $20.82/hour (increases to $23.25 once fully trained) + shift premium
