Job Description
We are a London based Automotive Manufacturer searching for a PLC-Robotics Technician, Certified Electrician or Certified Millwright with extensive robotics experience.
In this position, the incumbant will maintain all equipment to required standards and be responsive to line calls and equipment failures. Routinely perform work independently and must be able to work in an high paced manufacturing environment, maintaining a high level of accuracy and safety, while performing their duties. Other duties will include PLC, robotic & HMI programming, implementation and troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and the completion of required work orders.
The company has highly automated robotic welding processes. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years experience in their trade along with industrial manufacturing and robotic welding experience in the automotive or similar industry.
Education required would be College or Industry Degree as a PLC-Robotics Technician and/or Red Seal Certified Electrician or Millwright.
Previous experience with Motoman & Kuka robots along with Siemans, Allen Bradley & Beckhoff PLC Programming a definite asset.
