Info-Tech Research Group is in an exciting period of growth and we are on track to double our annual revenue over the next two years to $100 million. We recently opened an office in the United States and will continue to expand our presence in that market.    

We are currently hiring for an HR Generalist for our London location.   

As a Human Resources Generalist you will provide support to the Human Resources Department by developing and managing all related policies, procedures and assigned programs. You will work in line with the company’s strategic initiatives and core values for both CDN and US employment matters.  

You will be responsible or managing CDN and US visa programs for cross border travel, be a first point of contact for all employee relations queries, administrate CDN and US benefit programs and conduct and administrate employee exit interviews.  

You will be a detail orientated professional with exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an obsession with organisation, administration and process. As we are a fast paced organisation currently in a period of aggressive growth, you will need to be comfortable working with shifting priorities and deadlines whilst effectively applying your strong analytical skills, sound business judgement and proactive approach to problem solving.  

As this role is responsible for handling sensitive and confidential information, we are looking for trustworthiness, integrity and tactfulness with an ability to build strong business relationships with Managers and establish credibility with employees.

Requirements 

  • University or college degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
  •  Minimum three years’ experience in human resources
  •  Experience in implementing policies and/or programs in multiple jurisdictions
  •  CHRL designation or candidacy preferred
  •  Strong knowledge of the Employment Standards Act
  •  Familiarity with US employment practices is an asset and strongly preferred 
  •  Previous experience with online group benefit administration is strongly desired
