We are currently recruiting to fill several Inbound Customer Service Representative jobs in London, ON. Our client, one of Canada’s largest and most respected financial institutions, is looking for a number of customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team in London, ON. The successful candidates will be tasked with one of the most important jobs this client has to offer; providing outstanding support to inbound customers. The rate of pay for this role is $17.19/hr.
The responsibilities for these Inbound Customer Service Representative jobs include:
- Deliver superior service to our client’s customers
- Identify opportunities to educate and sell customers on products and services offered by our client
- Meet monthly sales, customer service, and productivity targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of customer service/sales experience
- Comfortable in a target driven environment
- Have superior communication skills
- Flexibility with shifts, 6am - 12midnigth, Monday - Sunday
- Minimum High School Diploma completed
- Must be available for training from 4pm-12midnight for 10weeks
- Clean Criminal and Credit Check (we complete)
