Talentcor has an opening for a Sterilization Engineering Technologist, for our client, a respected leader in advanced engineering, located in London, ON This is one year contract.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will provide support for the sales & marketing team in promoting the sterilization product line with technical writing, development of training materials and onsite visits.   

 Job Description: 

• Provide R&D support to the sterilization team
• Create, revise and update promotional materials, training materials and technical documents outlining the Features and Benefits (FAB)
• Develop documents, and presentations to support customer training requirements including facilitating on site sessions, attending trade shows and other events
• Support various process development projects
• 30-45% travel may be required during peak times

Basic Minimum Requirements:

• Master or PhD in Chemical, Biochemical or engineering degree required 
• 1-2 yrs laboratory experience
• Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Work with minimum supervision to perform wide range of technical support
• Customer oriented with good problem solving & organizational skills 
• Computer skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.)

Other Qualifications:

• Familiar with sterilization procedures is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required as there is a significant training and facilitating component to the role
• Requires a strong customer and consultative approach with excellent presentation skills
