The following Full-Time career opportunity is currently available:
Reporting to the Shipping / Receiving Supervisor, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions including; creating and prioritize pick lists, schedule carrier pick-ups, and processing bills of ladings and forwarding to accounting for invoicing.
The Shipping Clerk requires someone with good communication and interpersonal skills as they will be dealing with internal and external customers on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Grade 12 education with previous administrative experience in an office setting. A sound understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and previous experience in completing on-line bookings are essential. We are looking for someone with good communication skills and an ability to work well in a team environment. Previous SAP experience would be an asset.
