Job Description
We are now seeking a Technician to join our Quality/Engineering department. This position will provide support to the organization in terms of quality related initiatives and programs.

Job Duties:
- Preparation of reports and findings related to quality issues and any customer reported non conformances and disposition.
- Collection of data where particular studies and manufacturing capabilities are being analyzed.
- Participation in and support for the team during any customer visits or audits.
- Preparation of summaries and action plans for continuous improvement activities.
- Inspection of work in process, finished goods, dock audits, and first off.
- Inspection of incoming material and components.
- Control and update work sheets, process flows, specifications, and drawings, as required.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a suitable and related technical program at the post-secondary level.
- Knowledge and familiarity with Quality Management System standards such as ISO.
- Proficiency with blueprint reading and understanding of current drawing standards (GD&T).
- Solid understanding of metrology and systems of measurement.
- Computer literacy and basic understanding of CAD software.
- Exceptional people skills
- Excellent report writing ability
