Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the testing lifecycle of our products
• Assess issues with products, reporting said issues and possible impact on future releases
• Define new Quality Assurance standards and measures
• Document and prioritize issues with our products in our issue tracking system (JIRA)
• Create and maintain test plans for our various products to ensure the integrity of our products
• Participate in weekly meetings with QA Team to discuss health of covered products and cross-training opportunities
• Maintain QA testing environments with quality sample test data
• Offer support to staff for internal web applications

Experience/Qualifications:

• University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant education in Information Technology
• A minimum of 2 years quality assurance, application testing, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with modern web languages (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience in writing formal test plans and test cases
• Experience in an agile development environment
• Familiarity with up-to-date mobile devices (Apple, Android, etc.)
• Familiarity with Issue Tracking
• Familiarity with AGILE/SCRUM processes
• Experience with GIT Discipline and SourceTree would be beneficial
• Experience with test case management tools such as TestRail would be beneficial
