Who we are:
Odynet Inc., located in downtown London, is an Internet Service Provider. Odynet has been providing Internet access and related services to business and residential customers throughout Ontario & Quebec since 1994.
We currently have a entry level position available for a customer service representative in our office located in downtown London.
Position available is for full time and may span standard business hours, evenings, and weekends.
The position will primarily involve helping new customers in getting signed up for service, and assisting with any issues they may have getting their new or existing service to work properly.
Most support will be preformed over the phone, but there may be occasional customer site visits in the London area.
Individuals must be capable of troubleshooting in all major/current versions of Windows and Mac operating systems.
(Unix/Linix knowledge an asset, but not required)
Applicant should also be aware of major brands and setup procedures for current DSL/Cable modems and routers.
Applicant must have strong customer service skills and effective oral and written communication skills.
Special consideration will be given to candidates with hands on experience installing and trouble-shooting wiring and cabling for phone and cable installations.
Must have reliable transportation.
