Senior Accountant

Ford Keast LLP is an Accounting firm providing Assurance, Advisory, Tax, Human Resources and Wealth Management services. The firm includes 6 Partners and over 25 professional and administrative staff dedicated to serving our clients. Located in London, Ford Keast LLP has been part of the business community in southern Ontario for over 85 years.
We take pride in our long-term relationships with our team and clients and have demonstrated strength in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, retail, construction and development, nursing home care and not-for-profit organizations.
We are growing…we’re revamping our website, we’ve added plenty of space to our building with a major renovation and we are developing new service offerings for clients. At the same time, we are providing our clients with the great service they’ve always received from Ford Keast. We’re looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable people to join our team….and grow right along with us.

Senior Accountant Role:
- Preparation of audit, review, and notice to reader working paper files in a paperless environment
- Preparation of financial statements
- Preparation of income tax returns (trust, personal and corporate)
- Completion of analysis such as forecasts and projections
- Supervision and coaching of junior staff members
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
- Superior written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to maintain excellent client relationships
- Commitment to teamwork
- Commitment to on-going professional development
- A CPA designation
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in auditing, financial reporting and general accounting
