We currently have 3 openings for a Production Supervisors - Packaging . This is a full-time opportunity, and an exciting opportunity to grow and gain experience with The Original Cakerie.

The supervisors ensure that production meets or exceeds effiency and quality standards. It is also their responsibility to esnrue that processes conform to the GMP standards and BRC regulations.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate labour, workflow and materials to achieve on time delivery and quality
• Responsible and accountable for achieving departmental results on safety, quality, productivity, cost and waste according to targets
• Ensure compliance with BRC & GMP procedures and standards at all times
• Ensure process documentation is accurate, timely, and maintained according to procedure
• Lead and direct approximately 40-50 employees on shift; coordinate labour, workflow, and materials
• Ensure accountability of team leads, setup operators, and line staff to meet safety, quality & operational targets as well as company policies, values & code of conduct
• Provide training, support, and leadership guidance to team leaders
• Supporting staff on day-to-day basis for general troubleshooting/problem solving/conflict resolution
• Lead, coordinate and/or participate in continuous improvement activities
• Communicate cross-functionally regarding equipment failures and quality concerns
• Participate in continuous improvement activities

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Navision
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
