Our client, is currently looking to fill a Bakery/Deli Customer Service job in London, ON.  The successful candidate in this role would be responsible for greeting and serving customers both in store and over the phone. The payrate for this role is $12/hr. 

Responsiblities of the Bakery/Deli Customer Service Job include:

*Greeting and serving customers with a smile in store and over the phone
*Taking and preparing pastry, cookie, cake, deli and frozen food orders.
*Educating customers about products
*Preparing pastry boxes, restocking, inventory, ordering materials.
*Responsible for taking detailed information on special orders and increasing overall sales through great customer relations.
*Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
*Ensure that all shelves and displays are properly stocked and front-facing.
*Complete cash transactions, all opening and closing duties.

*Good time management and organizational skills.
*Hands-on, self motivated, flexible and highly responsive.
*Able to work with a diverse group of people.
*Previous cash, customer service/counter sales experience.
*Capable to multi task and follow directions well.
*Ability to stand for the duration of the day.
*Current Food Handler’s Certificate.
*Experience with deli meat slicer an asset.
*High school diploma or equivalent.
*Must be able to work weekdays and Saturday (closed Sunday, Monday).
