We are currently recruiting to fill a Part Time Bilingual Customer Service job in Woodstock, ON.  The successful candidate will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers looking to place orders.  Rate of pay for this role is $14.50/hr.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent required, Post-secondary preferred
• Must be bilingual, French and English, verbal and written
• One year customer service experience required
• Ability to work part time hrs (10am-2:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
• Strong communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft excel, word and outlook
• Strong data entry skills, expreince with AS400 an asset
• Advanced customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
