Customer Service Agent Duties:
- Make friendly outbound calls confirming client details and upcoming reservations
- Attract potential customers by answering inbound calls regarding product and service questions
- suggesting information about products and services
- Open customer accounts by recording account information
- Schedule contracted work and estimates
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Deferring to management for review or confirmation
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Administrative tasks required
- No outbound sales calls
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and/or sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deal with change, make decisions and implement solutions
- Must be able to work Saturdays and full time hours
- Motivated to succeed and excel in all aspects of the role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Good penmanship
- Teamwork, problem solving and communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in common online tools (Google Maps, 411, etc.)
- Intermediate proficiency in common software (Microsoft suite)
- Clear credit and criminal record
