The London Region’s premiere insurance brokerage, Reith & Associates Insurance and Financial Services Ltd. is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Commercial Lines CSR. You have a minimum of 5 years commercial customer service and/or commercial underwriting.  You are energetic, engaging, a strong communicator and committed to customer service.   Marketing and negotiating skills are a given. You understand urgency, deadlines and taking care of the client.  You possess a positive entrepreneurial spirit and appreciate the notions of gratutide and accomplishment.  We are looking for a true insurance professional.

Main job duties:

Providing advice and solutions through comprehensive and effective:

• Renewal service and management
• Policy endorsement service
• Claims data collection, reporting and customer follow-up
• Client communications and relationship building
• Cross selling/upselling and  

 
Experience/Skill Requirements:

• RIBO license in good standing
• Experience in TAM v10.3 or higher
• Prior commercial lines experience and/or professional designation
• Computer proficiency with MS Office
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exemplary phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and resourceful with sound problem solving skills
• Knowledge of Agri-Business and rural affairs may be a benefit
