Job Description

Reports to the Director of Legal Services and the General Manager of Finance and Community Services.

Will assist departments with preliminary drafting and working with legally priviledged and confidential information. This may include court matters, labour arbitrations, administrative tribunals, agreements, contracts and by-laws.

Will assist with research, analysis and rreviews and compiles information in the form of reports, presentations, process updates and internal communications.

Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a legal assistant (more than two years is an asset)
- Previous experience with Real Estate transactions an asset

Pay range for this position is expected to be $23.48 - $$27.46 hourly.
