The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience, will be tech-savvy, and eager to learn and develop.

Responsibilities of the job:
  • Provides administrative support to the operations staff in maintaining, reviewing and analyzing inventory costs.
  • Maintain cost of purchased and manufactured parts within an ERP system for new parts, engineering change and purchase price changes.
  • Analyze product cost, identifying and report costing issues.
  • Month end A/P accruals and Travel & Expense accruals.
  • Other administrative duties
Job Requirements:
  • University or College education in Accounting or Business Administration is an asset.
  • 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable or Cost Accounting role, in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), experience with JD Edwards preferred.
  • Ability to manage/prioritize several concurrent activities and is a self starter.
