The Epilepsy Support Centre is a non-profit charitable organization providing support and educational services to throughout Southwestern Ontario. 
 
We are seeking a dynamic summer student to fulfill an 8 week full time Summer Camp Manager position in the London office from July 4^th – August 26^th.  (Position funded by a grant stipulating student must be under 30 and returning to school in September 2016).
 
Responsibilities:

• Promotion of summer camp materials (posters, brochures, etc)
• Obtaining donations for summer camp supplies
• Assisting with planning and facilitating theme days, crafts, snacks, field trips, etc
• Overseeing safety and activities of campers and youth volunteers
• Addressing personal needs (toileting, medication administration) of campers

 
Qualifications:

• Enrollment in nursing, personal support work or related field of study
• Experience working with children with various disabilities
• Exceptional oral/written communication skills
• Ability to multi task projects and work to specific deadlines
• Well-developed computer skills
• Proven ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment

Compensation:
$11.25 per hour for 37.5 hours per week
