Talentcor Tillsonburg is currently recruiting for Full Time Team Members for a leading manufacturer of premium quality engineered wood products in Tillsonburg. These positions are temporary – Permanent!
Wage: $12.00/hr. and overtime paid after 44 hours + 4% vacation pay weekly.
Hours of work: 6am – 3:30pm and 3:30pm – 1am (Rotate every 2 weeks) Midnights do not rotate and hours are: 11pm – 7:30am
Successful candidates will be provided comprehensive training including safety orientation, preparing them to take on various responsibilities within the plant operation.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial machines
• Role may require you to lift respectively 50 lbs.
• Quality inspection
• Other duties as required by your supervisor

Skills and Requirements:

• Ability to check quality work
• Must be able to work shift work
• Must have good communication skills, as well as an ability to work in a team environment
• Experience in an industrial environment is an asset
