Job Responsibilities:

- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Duties can include anything relating to property maintenance: Minor plumbing, electrical, construction work; heavy lifting, painting, automotive, etc.
- Service high-rise and three-storey walk-up buildings.
- Assist on-site tradespeople.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize is necessary.
- Having own tools is an asset.
- Willing to travel within the city to different property locations.

Qualifications:

- Temporary 6-9 month contract.
- Must have valid Drivers Licence and clean drivers abstract.
- Own reliable transportation preferred.
- Must consent to a "Vulnerable Sector Check".
