Duties and Responsibilities

• Originate leads (potential customers) gathering customer information, profiling, and answering product and service questions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Perform common database marketing tasks including data entry, mining and reporting
• New Business Development/Procurement
• Make high volume amount of outbound calls

• Understands timing and utility of all types of telemarketing campaigns
• Understands telemarketing and applies appropriate knowledge of telemarketing skills
• Understands telemarketing metrics and how they apply to program performance.
• Team Player
• Strong ability to multi-task
• The ability to manage high volume of outbound calls, internet lead searching and call lists simultaneously
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

Knowledge and Experience
 

• 3+ years’ experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service
• Experience in a professional business office environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Successful track record in sales and business development

 
Skills and Abilities
 

• Personable and professional phone voice
• Highly motivated to achieve and exceed goals.
• Must be reliable and have high personal integrity
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in languages other than English would be an asset
• Must be able to coordinate many details in a proactive and organized fashion
• Ability to operate computer and related equipment and general office equipment
• Ability to work productively and flexibly with others in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Training, professional marketing materials, and scripting, to facilitate success
• Career advancement may be available, should employee demonstrate exceptional ability.

 
Compensation:  We offer a competitive remuneration package inclusive of salary and benefits.   Educational assistance is provided in accordance with existing company policy.   Earning capabilities can be between $30K to $100K annually (which includes base plus commission structure)  - to be negotiated based on experience, skills etc.   Also company benefits package includes medical and dental available.
