Our London Branch is currently looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join their dynamic team. Here’s an exciting opportunity to support a diverse client base, learn new skills and gain valuable experience as a Staffing Consultant.
 
If you are a highly motivated, energetic service professional our team needs you.   This position offers you the challenges of prioritizing, scheduling and multi-tasking in order to effectively and quickly fill temporary employee assignments and permanent placements. The position requires you develop strong client relationships and to grow accounts, as well as actively participate in sales calls.

The Staffing Consultant is the entry level, professional position in Kelly’s field organization structure.  The Staffing Consultant is responsible for providing best-in-class service to Kelly’s customers and temporary employees.
 
Customer-related service includes:
  • taking and filling orders
  • managing the order life cycle
  • resolving problems, and developing business through customer service calls and proactively marketing candidates
Temporary employee-related service includes:
  • Recruiting
  • Screening
  • Hiring
  • Training
  • Conducting orientations
  • Resolving problems
  • Managing employee relations issues
 
Your expertise includes:
  • Minimum Three (3) years’ experience in a business to business, customer service and/or recruiting role
  • University degree or college diploma is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Client focused and consultative approach to service delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow customer accounts
  • Strong team player and contributor
  • Results-oriented, proactive, resourceful, sense of urgency, quality and detail-oriented
  • Proven problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Solid computer skills and aptitude
