Job Description
Responsibilities
Service Technician will be responsible to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment sold to a variety of customers across Canada. The Technician will communicate directly with our customers to provide repair suggestions, estimates and answer questions related to their equipment service.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience. Electronics Technician diploma an asset. Ability to work well in a team and communicate fluently in English. Ability to work self directed to prioritize and minimize customer's equipment downtime. Advanced computer skills preferably with a service management or similar business systems.
Some travel will be required within London for training.
