Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, high-energy Business Developer who has experience building relationships with business owners, creating partnerships and driving growth of a brand. This role will also support the marketing team, executing content initiatives across our branded social media channels. This position is 40 hours per week.

Core Accountabilities

• Making a high daily volume of calls over the phone and via email
• Creative thinking ability and have a mindset of growth
• Being coachable and following a development structure
• Organizing clients; leads; and scheduling follow-up calls and emails
• Work cross-functionally to create engaging, cheeky, and inspiring content (written, video, photos) relevant to the team’s goals
• Leverage our social media channels to support new products, collaborations, campaigns and initiatives?
• Research trends, emerging technology, and opportunities to innovate
• Support across all Tiny Devotions social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
• Building immediate rapport with other professionals and entrepreneurs
• Qualifying solid lead opportunities and moving to convert prospects into long term accounts

Required Skills/Experience

• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written, including impeccable spelling and grammar
• You are best in the world at creating multimedia content
• Experience in the retail industry and/or digital agency is a definite asset
• You’re very internet savvy, some might even say addicted to social sites & all things online
• You are a natural online and offline connector
• You are an early adopter
• You have some serious analytics skills
• Passion, knowledge and involvement in yoga and/or other fitness activities is a must-have  
• Mad computer skillz; this includes proficiency in Microsoft Office, an ability to type quickly and accurately, and a strong understanding of how to navigate the internet
