Our client, a Leading Financial Institution in London, Ontario is currently seeking Inbound Advice Sales Specialists to join their team!
What will I be doing?
- Handling inbound calls from new and established customers
- Sales of Insurance and other products and services to meet the customer’s needs
- Meet formalized objectives for sales, productivity and quality
- Provide consistently, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources
- Identify and act upon sales opportunities, and refer clients to other appropriate business units within the organization
- You have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for sales – minimum of one year in a sales driven environment is required
- You must be able to multi-task and demonstrate strong problem solving skills
- You must exhibit excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately process transactions
- You must possess strong verbal and listening skills
- You must have a proven sales record and a history of achieving or exceeding your sales goals
- You possess the ability to create rapport with clients
- Candidates must be flexible to work between the hours of 7am-Midnight Monday through Friday, 7am-8pm Saturday and Sunday.
- Candidates must be willing and able to pass both a Criminal Background Check and Credit Check
- Positions start at $17.19/hour + 4% Vacation – Paid weekly!
