Greatario Engineered Storage Systems has been designing and building tank, cover and mixing systems for municipal and industrial markets since 1986. Due to our continued growth we are looking to add a detail oriented Service Coordinator to work with our Finance team to assist in many aspects of general office accounting, administration and service scheduling at our Innerkip ON Head Office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Purchasing parts for Service Crew, following up on orders and arranging delivery.
- Setting up service calls, confirming times customers & re-scheduling when necessary.
- Assisting project managers with scheduling, purchasing and billing.
- Inventory control and data entry
- Invoicing customers and following up on payment
- Work closely with the Service Manager and Project Managers to coordinate the crews and materials.
- Filing of warranty registrations and warranty claims.
- Answering phones during lunch and break times.
- Other projects as required
- 2-4 years Customer Service or administrative experience in an Office environment
- Experience with clerical accounting or data entry.
- Knowledge of the construction industry considered an asset
- Advanced computer skills, proficiency in MS Office specifically Excel is required.
- Knowledge of Jonas Construction Software considered an asset
- Highly organized and methodical in order to establish priorities
- Ability to exercise strong judgement
- Strong interpersonal and Customer Service Skills
- Demonstrate professional, positive and service-oriented behaviour
- Must be able to work independently while supporting the team objectives.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Effective communication skills with all levels within the organization
- Attention to detail
