Agilus Work Solutions has an opportunity for a Digital Product Analyst and Asset Administrator for our client, a leading multinational corporation operating in the fields of industrial, worker safety, health care, transportation and consumer goods, located in London ON.

Role overview:

The successful candidate will focus on loading, managing and analysis of digital assets and product images while optimizing the organization, cataloging, and storage of these assets, providing great customer experience. The scope of work and primary responsibilities for this position include:

  • Gather metadata for digital assets for loading of digitized content to our Digital Asset Management system of record.
  • Validate digital assets for completeness in content and via visual inspection of image assetsto ensure they meet and adhere to predetermined guidelines
  • Monitor and manage content for discontinuations, changes, and new additions
  • Work closely with others to ensure digital assets are posted in time to meet project deadlines
  • Troubleshoot issues related the storage and management of digital assets
  • Collaborate regularly with stake holders, marketing and sales teams, eCommerce teams,
  • Prioritize digital asset publication requests according to business and customer needs, building strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Work closely with Global/Area Marketers and Product Information Management (PIM) Leader to maintain and evolve sustainable and compliant processes for managing digital assets to meet the needs of our internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with other PIM, and Product Content resources locally and globally
  • Coordinate sourcing of products into Canadian and US Studios
  • Perform special editing of digital assets in Adobe Photoshop

Qualifications

  • Work effectively as an individual and in a cross-functional group (in-person and virtually)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, organization skills and ability to juggle and prioritize multiple requests
  • Independent and self-motivated; able to work from home in a remote setting
  • Flexible attitude and ability to work in a rapidly growing and changing eCommerce organization
  • Have a strong customer focus and consultative skills with a proven ability to develop solutions that address customer needs
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experienced in Adobe Photoshop (typesetting, masking and clipping paths, use of layers and groups, colour theory, layout)
  • Experienced in MS Excel (formulas, formatting) preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems of record (SAP, Hybris, Celum, legacy); previous experience is an asset
