We are looking for driven candidates that have previous experience in customer service. If you have proven sales experience, we are looking to consider you for this amazing opportunity.
 
Scheduling: Must be available Monday-Sunday between 7am-midnight.  Must commit to working a minimum of 26.5 hours/week up to 37.5. 
 
Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our incoming call centre clients.
• Identify all sales opportunities to retain and grow business through your ability to advise and offer our clients a full range of products and services to meet their needs via the telephone. (Products and services include investments, new accounts, visa products, overdraft, telephone/web banking registrations and support, bill payment registrations, processing and general enquiries).
• Play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by providing high quality service at every interaction and ensuring customer concerns are being handled appropriately, while working in a dynamic fast paced environment.

 
Your contributions:

• Must have at least 1 year of current experience in customer service, call centre or sales
• Must have a CLEAR credit and criminal record
• Self starter who takes initiative to obtain solutions
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
• Must have the ability to multitask and embrace change
• Must be enthusiastic and energetic
