Bath Fitter is seeking a Brand Ambassador who is responsible for securing sales appointments through accurate and professional representation of our brand and products according to BATH FITTER procedures and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Responsibilities would include:
Ideally you are a customer service focused individual, detail oriented with good follow through on tasks, as well as have the ability to communicate accurately and efficiently with customers, staff and management. The following hours are required for our BATH FITTER Brand Ambassador (with the willingness and ability to work additional hours during our busy home show seasons, vacation coverage requirements, or to suit the needs of the business):
Monday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Wednesday: 11:00am – 7:30pm
Thursday: 11:00am – 7:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Bath Fitter is seeking a Brand Ambassador who is responsible for securing sales appointments through accurate and professional representation of our brand and products according to BATH FITTER procedures and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Responsibilities would include:
- Lead Management; making a number of outbound calls and following up with inbound leads generated from our various marketing efforts
- Greet customers in our showroom, present our premium bath area options, give assurance about our quality product, all while encouraging a scheduled appointment
- Set appointments for estimates in a professional, friendly and accurate manner
- Assisting with our online referral, share and earn program
- Regularly manage and update our local website and social media efforts
- Effectively assist in home show, festival and event organization including helping to promote our brand and product at the various shows
- Liaison between management, sales, office, and the installation staff to ensure day to day activities are completed in an efficient and organized fashion
- Handle routine correspondence including regular filing, incoming and outgoing mail, as well as other duties as assigned
