Job Description
As a national service provider, we are looking for a bilingual Senior Customer Service Representative with at least two (2) years of experience who can help customers and dealers resolve escalated claims issues. We require someone who is willing to lead the effort to determine the cause of the problem and find the best solution while expediting any necessary corrections or adjustments. We are looking for a quick-learner who can think on their feet while always maintaining a professional and helpful manner with our customers in both English and French.

Job Duties:
- Manage escalated claim issues by collecting facts and investigating the issue to gain a clear understanding. Resolve the issue through excellent written and oral responses.
- Negotiate resolutions with a wide variety of external representatives.
- Assist internal claims adjusters, customer service representatives, accounting executives and agents with escalation language and situations.
- Provide ongoing training and resources for new and current employees to expand conflict resolution knowledge and skills.
- Perform phone call quality reviews by listening and scoring calls.
- Work closely with Claims Lead to communicate and resolve customer concerns.
- Participate in process mapping to identify opportunities for improvement of company methods.
- Participate in providing responses to internal and external audit partners.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge base and job skills.
- Excellent verbal and written bilingual skills in English and French.
- Has mechanical aptitude and understands mechanical equipment.
- Proficient use of computer programs, including Excel and Word.
- Has leadership qualities and the ability to further team cohesion to meet business objective.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, both orally and literally.
- Two (2) years’ experience in insurance and/or warranty claims administration and processing.
- Comfortable handling multiple daily tasks in a complex work environment.
- Must grasp industry knowledge, insurer relationships and program compliance
- Deadline oriented and the drive to meet deadlines
- Post secondary education preferred.
