QUALITY MANAGER

JUST 20 MINUTES OUTSIDE OF LONDON

Our client, a leader within the auto manufacturing industry, is searching for an experienced Quality Manager to join their team. Primarily this role is responsible for managing quality policies and systems, developing annual quality improvement plans, managing departmental budget and forecasts, improving supplier performance through ongoing audits and continuous improvement as well as leading a team of quality driven team members. This opportunity provides a very competitive salary plus benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with ideally 5 of those years in a quality assurance capacity.

• Related post-secondary education and/or formal training in quality systems.

• Previous supervisory experience but consideration will be given to candidates who have demonstrated leadership capabilities with no direct reports.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Adaptable and flexible to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Able to travel internationally when required.
