Job Description

Our client in Woodstock, Ontario is currently seeking a full-time Sales Administrator on an evaluation hire. The ideal candidate would be very professional, versatile and have a good amount of administrative/coordinator and sales experience.
 
Duties (may include and not limited to)
Responsible for supporting sales associates
Process, track and follow up on orders
Administrative support for entire sales department
Correspondence including phone, email and fax
Problem solve any discrepancies
Data input and management
Utilize computer software for job duties accurately and efficiently
Report work and daily activity to management
Work independently as well as in a team

Requirements
Minimum of a 2 year College diploma
Minimum of 2 years of previous sales or marketing experience
Minimum 2-3 years in an administrative support role, order desk role or project coordinator role
Must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel
Above average time management, problem solving and communication skills are a must
 
Transportation Must have reliable transportation as this position is not on a bus route

Compensation $13-$15/hr (depending upon experience), plus bonuses and paid weekly!
