Over the past 40 years, our client has become a worldwide leader in metal band saw and cold saw technology and metal sawing solution. They are currently looking to add an experienced Electrical Engineer to their skilled team. This is a permanent opportunity so someone who is looking for a challenging new role located in Woodstock, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop PCL Control Software
- Design control circuitry
- Development of manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable standards
- Read and interpret bluerpints, technical drawings, schematics
- Maintains bills of material in company ERP
- Develops and maintain product manuals
Who you are
- 4-year University Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience
- Background of machine tool design
- VFD programming and setup, HMI programming
- Experience with HMI programming
- CSA/UL Code
- Experience with hardware design and software development of embedded systems
- Experience with Elctro-Hydraulic Controls
- Electrical control design
- PLC (Mitsubishi) knowledge
