WAGE
$70,000
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
Permanent, full-time 40+ Hours a week
HOURS
7am-4:30pm (OT required)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team
Managing the sales team
Ensure employee performance, development and training.
Implementing necessary disciplinary action, writing performance reviews, managing payroll hours etc.
Time and attendance monitoring
Attend and participate in required meetings
Ensure safe working procedures
All other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
5-6 years experience in sales
Hardwood flooring (sales) experience an asset
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, prioritize and make decisions
Excellent attention to detail
A positive attitude and ability to motivate employees
