FAQ’s:

What is the salary?
To Be Determined (Based on Experience)

Do I have to be in London, ON?
Yes, for this position, you will be required to be present in our London, Ontario offices.

Is it a full-time position?
We will start you on a 3-month trial contract. If we like what we see, our intention is to bring you on full time.

Are there benefits?
If we do bring you on full-time, we have a great benefits package.

Are you looking for someone super-experienced, or are you looking for a Junior?
Ultimately we are looking for someone with strong skills in HTML/CSS.  And seeing that Responsive Design hasn’t been around for THAT long, you can’t be THAT senior. :) So experience would be great, but more importantly we are looking for someone who is a good coder, has a knack for UI, pays careful attention to detail, and works well with a team.

What is the work environment like?
We think Radiant (and Bark Communications) is a fun place to work. We care about our staff, we have lots of fun (joking around, playing ping pong and foosball, taking corporate outings, etc.) We don’t have cubicals. And we take time off at Christmas (that doesn’t count against your vacation) – usually a week or week and a half, depending on when Christmas falls.

Will you provide me with a computer?
Of course. We are an Apple shop, but if you prefer a PC, we can do that too.

What are the hours?
Generally speaking, 9-5.  That said, if you want to work 8-4 (or something more flexible), we can arrange that.

Application Process:

To apply, please submit a cover letter and resume to pleasehireme@thinkradiant.com. The cover letter should include:

  • Why you want to work for Radiant
  • What makes you a unique candidate
  • Links to sample sites that you’ve done, specifically identifying your capabilities with HTML and CSS.
  • Your salary requirements

Please do not call or visit our office unless you are contacted by one of our representatives.  We thank all candidates for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.

Thank you for your interest in Radiant!
