Junior Controller – Natra Chocolate America, based in London, Ontario, Canada
 
     The Junior Controller will support the Financial Manager in the creation and support of North American financial operations with primary focus on the ERP system, as it relates to his/her areas of responsibility.  Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the collection, AP, AR, GL, cash management, tax filling forms and compliance, legal business registrations, and other duties that may arise pertaining to this position.

Job Duties are as follows:

Assist in development and ongoing maintenance of the financial costing system
The candidate will be taking care on a standalone basis of all the bookkeeping activities and accounting transactions the legal entity, GL, AP, Travel expenses, tax forms and import and export transactions
 Assist Financial Manager in preparing financial statements and financial reports, and filing annual tax forms with the assistance of tax advisors for the annual income tax
Assist in preparation of budget and prepare monthly actual vs. budget departmental reports
Assist in cash forecasting and cash flow analysis
Support Financial Manager for proactive financial monitoring and reporting in line with industry best practices
 Assist external audit process on a yearly basis

Educational Requirements/Designations
 
Must have’s;
Accounting designation, from an accredited post-secondary institution
Experience as an ERP System. “Super User/Trainer”, to serve as an on-site expert
 
Nice to Have’s:
Bakery, confectionery and or food manufacturing industry experience, in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Dynamics (AX) experience
Global/International Experience
Spanish and French written and language communication abilities
