- Deliver solutions and support for process improvements and problem solving in the manufacturing process
- Teach and follow organizational process including lean manufacturing process where applicable
- Develop best practices to improve all department activities
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in automotive manufacturing
- Ability to work a weekly MAD rotation
