Position Summary: |

Provide support to Engineering with project administrative work such as data entry, document formatting and minor corrections, document review for spelling/formatting errors, engineering inventory management, etc. | |||
Essential Job Functions (listing most important first): |
|||
1. | Parts requisitions – entry and tracking, filing, follow-up, coordinate with purchasing/stock | ||
2. | Project admin work: Letter handling, data entry, minor document updates, transcribe specifications from MS Word to Excel, etc. | ||
3. | Engineering admin work: Review documents for clerical errors, assist as needed with process work flow activities | ||
4. | Engineering Audit support and metrics collection | ||
5. | Other work as assigned within position capabilities | ||
Essential Job Requirements: |

EDUCATION |
College diploma preferred | ||
EXPERIENCE | 1 to 2 years of experience in an office admin role in a manufacturing/technical environment | ||
PREFERRED SKILLS |
